Allied Products offers a truly unique, extremely durable, absolutely beautiful stone floor system called Quartz Carpet™. Quartz Carpet™ is a seamless stone flooring utilizing natural quartz granules in various sizes. The quartz stones are graded by size and selected by shape to result in unrivaled aesthetics and performance. The stones are available in a “rainbow” of colors and 3 granule sizes, 1-2mm, 2-3mm & 3-4mm.

Quartz Carpet™ is the result of over 25 years of product development in Europe, having developed a unique coating system for quartz granules that ensure uniform color, UV stability and a color range with over 1,000 color options.

Quartz Carpet™ granules are mixed with a two-part epoxy binder that is troweled into place resulting in a seamless floor system (no grout). Colors can be side matched or separated with aluminum or Brass Terrazzo divider strips.

Quartz Carpet™ is resistant to most common chemicals including most solvents, greases and acids.

Quartz Carpet™ has virtually no limits in design or application possibilities and can be installed over existing concrete, ceramic or plywood surfaces. It is ideal for new construction or renovation projects.

Quartz Carpet™ offers a variety of architectural uses. Whether the requirements are Commercial (retail), Industrial, Institutional (schools/colleges), Recreational or Residential, Quartz Carpet™ has a system for these applications. There is virtually no limit to the possible uses for Quartz Carpet – Watch for new developments such as: Wall Applications, Fluorescent Colors, and Exterior Applications!

MAINTENANCE

The maintenance of Quartz Carpet™ is very simple. The open granule composition makes Quartz Carpet™ easier to clean than carpeting. A simple vacuuming removes virtually all dust and dirt. A wet vacuum extraction cleaner will restore the beauty of Quartz Carpet™ to a like new condition.

Quartz Carpet can also be installed with an optional pore-filled top surface that inhibits any dirt or grime penetration between the quartz granules. This system requires simple mopping and scrubbing. Dirt simply cannot penetrate the tough, durable top surfacing of a pore filled Quartz Carpet™ installation.
